During the last 20 years, he has founded, financed and developed more than ten companies with total revenues exceeding US$1B. Among his most notable projects are Unitrade (retail), City.com (retail), Ukrainian Software Consortium (software), Softpress (publishing), Universal Telecom (telecom) and DK Zvyazok (media). Andrey is the main founder of and investor in Divan.TV, the first over-the-top content (OTT) provider for Smart TV in Ukraine and Russia. He also sits on the Board of Directors of MoneXy (NFC payments in Ukraine and Russia) and Contacter.
Andrey holds a PhD in Law from Koretsky Institute of State and Law (Ukraine) and bachelor degrees from Kyiv Politechnical Institute (Ukraine) and Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University (Ukraine)
Andrey has been active in building the entrepreneurial community in Ukraine and Russia since 90s. In recognition of his efforts, the World Economic Forum nominated Andrey as a Young Global Leader in 2008.

An investment professional and entrepreneur, Yevgen has been the driving force behind the new venture capital fund at AVentures Capital.
In 2011, he co-founded DashBoard Systems, a software startup. From 2008 to 2010, he was a Vice President at ICON Private Equity, one of the leading private equity funds in Russia and Ukraine. At ICON, Yevgen was responsible for the fund’s deal flow and portfolio management. Previously, as an investment banker at Concorde Capital and co-founder of his own investment boutique, he originated and executed transactions in Ukraine and Russia with a total value in excess of US$250M.
Yevgen holds an MBA degree with distinction from INSEAD (Singapore and France). He studied Mathematics & Economics at Wolfgang Goethe University (Germany), Brandenburg Technical University (Germany) and Dnepropetrovsk National University (Ukraine).
Yevgen is fluent in English German Russian Ukrainian and speaks conversational Spanish.
